David first attended Birmingham University in the UK, where he graduated with an Honours Degree in Medical Biochemistry. He then went on to attend the British School of Osteopathy in London, where he graduated in 1999 with an Honours Degree in Osteopathy. He also returned later to the BSO as a lecturer for a time.
David built up a busy practice in central London, and spent 8 years working as the in-house Osteopath at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, where he treated many performers and crew. He also had a long working relationship with the Personal Training Centres (London Fitness Centres) in London and surrounding areas, performing musculo-skeletal assessments for clients about to undergo a personal training regimen.
David also worked closely with the UK charity “Get Kids Going“, where he looked after people undergoing marathon training, and the injuries they encountered. More recently, he has also been involved with the Relay for Life in Napier, donating his time to treat participants.
