Testimonials

Good morning David,

I can’t thank you enough for yesterday’s treatment. My body feels so much better and so do I. I have just enjoyed an hour on the piano without any ill effects and playing so much more musically, with a relaxed body, for the first time for quite some time. I am very appreciative.
Have a happy day.

Hi David,

You were my last hope of trying to sort my knee out and you did not disappoint.  I rarely write testimonials but you are definitely worthy of praise.  I had given up on getting help after 8 years of pain, and no other professional (chiro and physio) said I needed to stretch my calves or told me I was not walking properly.  I could not believe that you didn't need to see me 2x a week for weeks.  And you followed up with me as promised.

Thank you so much.

Hi David,

Thank you for the referral and thank you for the awesome care that you gave me over the last 4 sessions. You made a huge difference and I must admit I was at the end of myself when I arrived down from Auckland.  Thank you.

I will keep you informed of my progress.

All the very best,

Kind regards,

John H (18th January 2016)

Dear David

Thank you for your excellent treatment of my shoulder.  I hope your wife and children are well during these cold winter months

Dear David

Re:  Our sincere thanks

On the weekend of the 26th and 27th February we had a wonderful 24 hours, it was such a buzz.  The total money raised and announced on the day was $150,000.

We simply could not stage such an event without the support of so many people in our community.

Many people are surprised to know that the Cancer Society does not receive any direct government funding.  It is only through bequests, sponsorship, gifts, donations and fundraising events like the Relay For Life and Daffodil Day that we can maintain and expand our support for cancer patients and their families, facilitate cancer awareness and education programmes and finance research.

Your contribution makes a difference.  On behalf of the Cancer Society of New Zealand’s Hawke’s Bay Centre I sincerely thank you for kindly donating your time to provide massage at Relay For Life.  The success of Relay For Life is due to the kindness and generosity of individuals like yourself and we sincerely thank you for making it such a successful weekend.  The massage was greatly received by participants and we look forward to working with you again next year.

Kind regards

Kay Collins, Centre Manager (7th March 2011)

Dear David

I just wanted to write to say Thank You for the osteopathy care I received.  Prior to seeing you in May I was experiencing unrelenting pain for several weeks across my left shoulder and chest region.  You were recommended to me by another of your clients, and I must say, their recommendation was spot on!

From the beginning of the thorough assessment you undertook, your professional manner, expertise and dedication to your profession was evident.

My treatment consisted of two sessions, involving exploration of the underlying cause of my complaint, manipulation and a stretching plan.  As a result of your treatment my complaint totally resolved and I continue with the stretching plan as devised.  Three months on I am pain free and happy!

I wish you well in the relocation of your practice, your new clients in New Zealand are going to be very fortunate to be able to receive your care.

With Thanks and Best Wishes,

I was first treated by David in 2002, for frequent recurring migraines caused by an earlier whiplash injury.  David made a clear and accurate diagnosis, explained the results I could expect with osteopathy and how long it would take to see improvements.  The treatment was very successful and has helped me understand the injury and bring the migraines much more under control.  I have returned for “top-up” treatments when I feel I have been under physical stress and the old injury has been aggravated.

I gave birth last December and during the latter stages of the pregnancy suffered with Symphysis pubis dysfunction.  In one treatment, my symptoms were dramatically improved, and, within 24 hours, I was able to walk without pain for the first time in over 3 months.

David is immensely knowledgeable about osteopathy and clearly really believes in and enjoys the field.  His confidence is very reassuring and helps you feel you are in safe hands.  He explains what he’s doing during the treatment and answers your questions thoroughly and without jargon.

He is a very warm, friendly and approachable person, who clearly wants the best for his patients.  He has a strong sense of integrity.  I have felt very comfortable recommending many friends and family over the years as I know that David will only treat them if he can help them and then will only recommend as many treatments are needed.  He will also recommend additional treatments he feels will be beneficial, such as manipulation under anaesthetic for my father’s shoulder.

Overall, I have counted myself to be very lucky to have found such a great osteopath.  He will be much missed by his UK patients!

David, thanks ever so much for all the support and caring you have shown our way.  If I managed the New York Marathon without injuries… and feel so completely recovered after a week… the credit goes to you. Your advice to stretch… was the best ever.

Dear David.  Thank you so much for all the care you’ve given my back.  You have helped me so much.

The exercises you gave me for Carpal Tunnel seem to be doing wonders, and I don’t think I’ll be needing the op at present.  What a relief!

I thought you would be pleased to know that I drove to Hatfield and back yesterday, a round trip of 60 miles, with no pain in my back or leg.  You can feel very impressed with yourself!  Thank you.

Dear David
Just a note to thank you for your very positive input into sorting out my back on Friday.  The time you gave (and the pain I received at your elbow!) has had a very positive effect.  I shall take care to follow your advice re exercise and taking things slowly and I look forward to gaining full mobility.  Thanks again for turning out for me.

Dear David
I wanted to let you know how grateful I was for the superb treatment you gave me for my back problems.  I came to you last week expecting you to do miracles and that is exactly what you managed to do for me.  Not only did my back feel more comfortable after my visit to you but I also felt comfortable in your care.  I look forward to having the opportunity to recommend you.  With my thanks.

Dear David
Thank you so much for your treatment – it has surpassed the recommendations I’d already been given about you.  Best wishes
